Because one of ChaCha’s key information delivery methods involves mobile technology, an outstanding iPhone application is key to the company interacting successfully with its customers. However, its existing iPhone application was falling short of ChaCha’s quality expectations. After we concluded the ChaCha Guide Universe project, ChaCha approached Tuitive to redesign its iPhone application user interface.
Due to the short fuse on this project, Tuitive met with the ChaCha iPhone app team twice weekly to rapidly iterate wireframes and visual design. During these meetings, some major issues of basic functionality and terminology were decided in addition to designing a simple, attractive iPhone user interface.
ChaCha launched the new iPhone app in April 2011, calling it "a great success story for all." Both Tuitive and ChaCha now eagerly wait to read the new reviews.
