Ingersoll Rand Security Technologies

Situation

Ingersoll Rand Security Technologies was looking to revise its website to be more effective for both its resellers and its products' end-users. Needed improvements included improved search, customizing content by visitor type, and more intuitive organization of products. The company had some ideas, but wanted to investigate the effectiveness for site users.

Process

Tuitive provided user research, reporting, recommendations, and personas, including a presentation to the Ingersoll Rand Security Technologies website team. We then worked with the Ingersoll Rand team to develop wireframes based on the user research results to use as a basis for a full website redesign.

Results

Ingersoll Rand Security Technologies’ team is currently working to build the new website.
