Indiana Department of Education Learning Connection

About This Project

We worked closely with Crowe Horwath, one of the largest public accounting and consulting firms in the U.S., to understand, design, and develop the Indiana Department of Education (IDOE) Learning Connection teacher portal.  The IDOE had worked with other firms in the past to develop products that contained similar elements, but was looking to improve usability, user acceptance, and to integrate more elements into the portal.   Our work on the project includes extensive user research and user testing with actual Indiana educators as well as documentation of the results.  In addition, we also were onsite at the IDOE with Crowe to consult and design project elements during the development process.
